Notes for Episode 36: Retired MLB Players vs The 2019 Miami Marlins

The 2019 Miami Marlins are terrible. They are so bad, that Josh began to wonder whether or not they could be competitive against a team of relatively recently retired MLB players. The guys go through a selection of recent Hall of Famers/all-time greats, extrapolate their decline phases, and pit their performances against the current performance of the lowly Marlins to see who would come out on top. As an avid fan of "Old-Man Baseball," Josh is obviously biased in which team he preferred to win, but the guys believe these results to be relatively telling in terms of not just the talent on each team, but also the lifetime of baseball acumen accrued by each side and how that would factor into a hypothetical face-off.
