Notes for Episode 42: The Negro League Baseball Museum and Jackie Robinson

Josh recaps his recent trip to Kansas City, a huge historical site in baseball history, and Negro League history in particular. The trip itself came about as a result of how big a fan of CC Sabathia that Josh is. CC, who has a podcast of his own, has often discussed how Kansas CIty is his favorite road city, for both the city and the food, and how he makes it a point to go to the Negro League Baseball Museum every year and take players from the Yankees that have not been in order to give them an education and feel in touch with the roots of the game. So, since the Yankees were going to be in town to play the Royals, Josh decided to make the pilgrimage himself to experience all that Kansas City has to offer. It is a beautiful city and left Josh with some great memories and stories to share!
