Notes for Episode 58: Corwin & Josh Admit Defeat

The In-The-Zone vs Out-of-the-Zone discussion from last week gets some additional detail as we look at the strike zone broken down into its standard 9 segments and the "out of the zone" portion broken down into 4. The purpose of this is to give us an idea of where each type of pitch is being thrown the most. Typically, breaking balls end up lower in the zone as that is the nature of a "break" whereas fastballs will have an easier time occupying the top of the zone due to their straight-line nature. Things get a bit wild as we get into it. However, that will be up to you all to listen to and find out why!
